Property Owner* - Annual dues assessed by Rayburn Country Association to all property owners.

Property Owner* - Country Club Membership

Non Property Owner - Country Club Membership

Trail Fees

Bar memberships are available.  3 days for $3.00.  Annual Bar Memberships available for $25.00 per year (no Club charging on 3 day or Annual Bar Memberships).

Property Owners* - Persons owning property in Rayburn Country Sections 7-44, E2, E3, E4, E5, MH-1 and the Point Phase I & II.  Property owners are assessed annual dues set the Board of Directors.  Membership dues for the club are in addition to property dues.  

Regular NR** - Resides more than 40 miles of Rayburn Country.

Winter Texans*** - Winter Texans must provide proof of full time residency in another state to qualify for membership.  Initiation fee is one time only.  Fee's will be prorated monthly during member's stay for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months.  Dues and minimum spending charges will continue to accrue until the member provides the RCA business office with a written "hold status" request a minimum of 30 days before the next billing cycle.  Member must reactivate likewise, with a written reactivate status request a minimum of 30 days before the billing cycle in which the membership will resume active status.

Membership Privileges:

1. Members shall have full unrestricted playing privileges to Rayburn Country Club.
2. Members shall receive a 10% discount off full retail pricing on all pro shop purchases.
3. Members shall receive a 10% discount on rental feels for meeting and function rooms.
4. Members shall receive a 10% discount off Lodge accommodations.
5. Golfing members are entitled to full use of all facilities including our 27 hole championship golf course, tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool, and game room.
6. Social members and their families are entitled to full use of all non golf facilities including the tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool and game room.
7. Corporate membership entitles up to three, and a minimum of two company designees to full use of all facilities including our 27 hole championship golf course, tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool and game room.
8. Clubhouse memberships are entitled to charging privileges only.

Policies:

Membership term and course availability

• Course play and meeting and function rooms are subject to availability.
• A family membership includes Husband, Wife, all children under the age of 19, and all children who are full time college students under the age of 22.
• All memberships include only the member and that members lawfully married spouse as recognized and authorized by the State of Texas.
• Seasonal memberships are not authorized with the exception of out of state long term visitors addressed as "Winter Texans" in the Non-Property Owner Membership rate structure and explicit description noted above.
• Special circumstances, such as extended visits by houseguest, should be discussed with the General Manager.
• The membership structure, dues, regulations, fees, and memberships are subject to change with approval by the Rayburn Country Club Inc. Board of Directors.
• A former golfing members seeing reinstatement within two (2) year period from the date of canceling their membership will be assessed a fee of $1000.00 as a condition of reinstatement.
• A former golfing member seeking to reinstatement who cancelled their golfing membership for a period in excess of two (2) years will be assessed a fee of $500.00 as a condition of reinstatement.

Tee Time Reservations:
 Members will have the ability to reserve tee times 6 weeks in advance.  All players must          check in at the pro shop prior to teeing off.

Tee Time Cancellations:
Tee time cancellations are required 72 hours prior to play regardless of weather conditions.  Failure to properly notify the pro shop of a cancellation will result in the full amount of the booking being charged directly to the member that made the reservation.

Dress:
Collard shirts are required on the golf course.  Rayburn Country Club Inc. is a soft spike facility.

Cart Use:
Cart use, subject to appropriate fees, is mandatory at Rayburn Country Club Inc.  All personal carts require a Rayburn Country trail fee sticker to be placed on the cart, unless pay for play.  Anyone operating a golf cart must have a drivers license.

Food and Beverage:
Members are encouraged to support the food and beverage facilities.   No outside coolers allowed on the golf course.

Billing:
Members will be entitled to charge all purchases to their account for monthly billing.  Each member will receive an end of the month statement summarizing all monthly purchases and payments to the account.  Delinquent accounts will be subject to a late fee each month and may result in suspension of the account.  Upon suspension of the account, the members name will be posted in the club.

General:
Members must present their gold membership card for all account transactions, and must state their golf membership number when booking tee times.  Golf members and their guests must abide by the individual golf club rules and regulations and respect the rights of all fellow golfers, guests, and staff members.  Failure to do so may result in the member's privileges being suspended.  Suspended members are not entitled to any refund of the membership fee, but may appeal their suspensions to the President of the Board of Directors.

All initiation fees and monthly dues are taxable.

Rayburn Country Resort is located in the Lakes area of the Piney Woods of East Texas on the Southeast corner of Lake Sam Rayburn in Jasper County. Rayburn Country Resort operates a championship 27 hole golf course, clubhouse, lodge, seasonal pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and sports core. Rayburn Country property owners enjoy access to the seasonal pool; sports core, tennis courts, basketball courts. Clubhouse and golfing memberships are available to property owners as well as non property owners. Mulligan’s Grill in the clubhouse is open to the general public, as well as the Sunday Buffet at the clubhouse. Bar memberships are also available. The pro shop located in the clubhouse is stocked with golfing apparel and Rayburn Country Resort apparel. Rayburn Country has meeting facilities available in the clubhouse or Rayburn Hall for family reunions, weddings, banquets, and business conferences. Rayburn Lodge provides accommodations at a value price with electric hookups for boats. World class bass fishing or great water fun is just a short drive to one of the many Corps of Engineer boat ramps located close by on Lake Sam Rayburn.
