Where & how did I agree to pay property owners dues?
            You agreed to pay these charges at the time you bought your property.
            The charges are set out in your Section’s Deed Restrictions.

 Will you buy my lot from me or can we deed our property over to RCA?
            RCA is not in the real estate business and is not able to acquire your property.

 Can we donate our property to anyone?
            It is your property. You may transfer title to anyone you like, but you are liable
            until the date of your Deed Transfer, unless you have a signed Assumption Deed.   
            Please send copy of Deed Transfer to RCA to change records.

 Can we change the name on the account by phone?
            NO. Transfer must be written by a legal transfer document.
            Example: Deed Transfer, Divorce Decree, and Marriage Certificate

 Can we set up a payment plan until we get caught up?
            Yes. Contact us so we can get you an agreement and payment amount.

Do we have to be a member of the Association?
            Yes. When you acquire the property, you also become a member of the Association
             as long as the property is in your name.

 What benefits do we receive by being a member of the Association?
            You are able to use all of the facilities owned by Rayburn Country Association,
            such as:
                            Country Club
                            Rayburn Hall
                            Golf Course (Membership at property owners rate)
                            Sports Core
                            Swimming Pool
                            Tennis Courts

Rayburn Country Resort is located in the Lakes area of the Piney Woods of East Texas on the Southeast corner of Lake Sam Rayburn in Jasper County. Rayburn Country Resort operates a championship 27 hole golf course, clubhouse, lodge, seasonal pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and sports core. Rayburn Country property owners enjoy access to the seasonal pool; sports core, tennis courts, basketball courts. Clubhouse and golfing memberships are available to property owners as well as non property owners. Mulligan’s Grill in the clubhouse is open to the general public, as well as the Sunday Buffet at the clubhouse. Bar memberships are also available. The pro shop located in the clubhouse is stocked with golfing apparel and Rayburn Country Resort apparel. Rayburn Country has meeting facilities available in the clubhouse or Rayburn Hall for family reunions, weddings, banquets, and business conferences. Rayburn Lodge provides accommodations at a value price with electric hookups for boats. World class bass fishing or great water fun is just a short drive to one of the many Corps of Engineer boat ramps located close by on Lake Sam Rayburn.
