Rayburn Country Association

Rayburn Country is a deed restricted community located in the at the Southeast corner of Lake Sam Rayburn, in Jasper County Texas.  The Association is comprised of the property owners, who elect a Board of Directors to oversee the properties, business and sub boards of the Association.  The Association employs a General Manager to oversee the day to day operations.  Rayburn Country Association owns and operates the Golf Course, Clubhouse, Lodge and the Bar.  Rayburn Country Association annual meeting is generally held in October for the purpose of electing new board members and reviewing the Association business records for the previous year. 

Rayburn Country Association consists of Sections 7-44, E2, E3, E4, E5, MH1 and the Point Phase I & II.  Property owners pay yearly dues of $340.00  ($85.00  quarterly)  for developed property, and $216.00  ($54.00  quarterly) for property that has no structures on it.  Dues are payable each quarter or yearly.  The Board of Directors may offer a discount for payments made yearly.  These dues entitle the property owners use of the pool sports core and tennis courts.  Memberships are available for the Clubhouse, Golf Course and Bar.  Rayburn Country Golf Course is also open to the public.

Rayburn Country has several committees that assist the Directors/General Manager in the operation of the Association.  The committees are: Golf Course, Roads, Environmental, Marketing,  and Property.
